We aim to create healthy spaces for people and their ideas.

Our design ideas are based on reusing and transforming old materials and our architectural approach is in harmony with the surrounding architecture and its history.

As project managers, designers, owners, investors and clients, we have reached a viewpoint with many different angles. Working on our own projects is the foundation of our experience - and this is what we can offer to you.

In 2016 we met as a group of Individuals who shared the same wish to build up a new social place in a historic Italian yard in Tbilisi.

With all our passion and enthusiasm we planned every single detail - from the yard to the kitchen, designing every lamp and every color ourselves, managing the renovation process and finally running a Restaurant.

You can see the fruitful result of our project in Tbilisi’s historic part of the city - Sololaki: the Restaurant Ezo, the space for Children “A room in Ezo” and the social place “ Ezotopia”.
